I build cloud platforms on Kubernetes, web servers in Rust, and the interfaces people use on top of them. Open to remote roles worldwide.

About
Backend, frontend and the cluster underneath.
I'm a full-stack engineer who likes owning a feature from the database to the pixel. I've spent fourteen years shipping web applications in Java, Spring and React, led front-end teams, and lately I work deep in Kubernetes: distributed platform features, controllers, CI/CD and the console on top. On the side I write Rust and publish open-source tools other people actually install.
Work
Things I'm building right now.
Kube-DC
Cloud platformA Kubernetes-native cloud: applications, virtual machines, data services and managed clusters behind one control plane, a web console and a CLI.
kube-dc.cloudrws
Web server · RustA single-binary web server and reverse proxy. Automatic HTTPS from Let's Encrypt, HTTP/3, load balancing with health checks, auth and rate limits.
rws8.techlit-material
UI library64 Material Design 3 web components built on Lit. One npm package per component, no runtime beyond Lit, tested for SSR and in a real browser.
lit.rws8.techHITOP
API clientThe API client your terminal, your CI and your AI agent can all drive. One small Rust binary, with collections kept as YAML files in your repo.
hitop.rws8.techAsk
Ask about my experience.
Type the question you would ask in a screening call. A small language model running in your browser finds the parts of my CV that answer it.
Runs on your device · model loads when you start typing
How this works
- At build time my CV is split into ~50 short passages, and each is turned into a 384-number vector by
all-MiniLM-L6-v2. - Your question is embedded by the same model, in your browser through WebAssembly. No server and no API key.
- Passages are ranked by cosine similarity plus a small keyword boost. The best matches are shown with their source.
Questions are logged anonymously so I can see what people want to know.
